Can I just add the Moisture Mitigating Epoxy before the Polyaspartic package so that I get all of the benefits of polyaspartic on top of moisture mitigation?

Yes you can! For only $2.00 per sq ft additionally you can get the benefits of polyaspartic with moisture mitigation. If the epoxy cracks over the concrete cracks you won't be able to see it because your base coat of polyaspartic is pigmented and saturated with chips so that when it flexes over the epoxy crack you won't be able to see the crack below. It would be ideal if all customers purchased this upgrade but it is not viable for all.
